This is a swap-out service: the new vanity connects to the water supply and drain lines already in your wall. If a project needs new or relocated plumbing lines, such as moving a sink or adding a second one, we refer that work to a Texas-licensed plumber and can finish the carpentry around it.

Vanity Installation FAQ
Can you move my sink to a new spot?
Moving or adding supply or drain lines is plumbing work that requires a Texas-licensed plumber. We install vanities on existing connections and can coordinate around a plumber's work.
Will the new vanity fit my bathroom?
We measure the space, existing connection heights and door swing before you buy, so the new unit fits and lines up with your current plumbing.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
No. Those trades require Texas licenses. When a project needs them (for example an ADU or she shed with power and A/C), we coordinate Texas-licensed partners.
