Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
No. Those trades require Texas licenses. When a project needs them (for example an ADU or she shed with power and A/C), we coordinate Texas-licensed partners.
What areas do you serve?
The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Montgomery, Willis, Tomball, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North and surrounding Montgomery County.
How do I get a quote?

Are you insured?
Yes. Plumb Best Home Services is fully insured.
Why is it called Plumb Best?
In carpentry, “plumb” means perfectly vertical and true. It's our standard for every job. We're a handyman and home-improvement company, not a plumbing company.
Can you match my existing wall texture?
Yes. Most homes here use orange peel or knockdown; we test-match on a scrap before applying it to your wall.
Do you replace rotted siding?
We replace rotted trim and limited sections of wood or fiber-cement siding and match the profile as closely as available materials allow.
How long does a fence installation take?
Most residential fences are built in a few days once materials arrive and any HOA approval is in hand; we'll give you a schedule with your written quote.
Wood or composite?
Pressure-treated pine costs less up front; composite costs more but needs no staining. We'll quote both so you can compare.
Do you replace a single window?
Yes, single windows and whole-house projects.
How often should exterior caulk be redone?
Inspect yearly; in our climate many joints need attention every few years depending on sun exposure and product quality.
Will pressure washing damage my fence or deck?
Not when done correctly. Wood gets lower pressure and appropriate cleaners; high pressure is reserved for concrete.
Can I build an ADU in The Woodlands?
Many Woodlands lots are governed by covenants and Residential Design Review; some restrict detached dwellings. We help you check your specific deed restrictions first.
Does my shed need HOA approval?
In most Montgomery County HOAs and in The Woodlands, yes. We help prepare the drawings and material list.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We can provide written scopes and work with your adjuster on repair items within our services.
