Carpentry & Trim FAQ
Do you replace rotted siding?
We replace rotted trim and limited sections of wood or fiber-cement siding and match the profile as closely as available materials allow.
Can you install crown molding in a single room?
Yes. Single rooms and whole-house trim packages are both common jobs.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
No. Those trades require Texas licenses. When a project needs them (for example an ADU or she shed with power and A/C), we coordinate Texas-licensed partners.
