Caulking & Weatherproofing FAQ
How often should exterior caulk be redone?
Inspect yearly; in our climate many joints need attention every few years depending on sun exposure and product quality.
Do you remove the old caulk?
Yes. Caulking over failed caulk doesn't bond; we remove it, clean, and re-seal.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
No. Those trades require Texas licenses. When a project needs them (for example an ADU or she shed with power and A/C), we coordinate Texas-licensed partners.
