- Railing and stair rebuilds
- Covered decks and pergolas
- Deck cleaning, staining and sealing
- Lake-area and sloped-lot decks around Lake Conroe
Built for Montgomery County homes
Heat, UV and humidity here break down wood decks faster than in drier climates. We use ground-contact rated lumber for framing, joist tape, and hidden or coated fasteners so your deck doesn't rot from the inside out.

Decks FAQ
Wood or composite?
Pressure-treated pine costs less up front; composite costs more but needs no staining. We'll quote both so you can compare.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
It depends on whether you're in a city (like Conroe) or unincorporated Montgomery County, plus HOA rules. We'll confirm before construction.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
No. Those trades require Texas licenses. When a project needs them (for example an ADU or she shed with power and A/C), we coordinate Texas-licensed partners.
